Hello, I'm Matthew, the sole owner of RMB Garage Doors. I personally handle all aspects of your order, from live chat and tech support to shipping, with occasional assistance from my family. 

I entered the garage door industry on a whim after moving from Mass to Saint Augustine Florida. Tired of the monotonous grind at a local beverage distributor, I sought out a new opportunity and discovered a position as a garage door technician.Intrigued by the idea, I jumped in eagerly. After completing the necessary training, I joined the renowned company OGD (Overhead Garage Door) from April 2021 to October 2021. It was at that time a co-worker and we started RMB Garage Doors. On January 7th 2022 my fiance was killed in a tragic car accident which as anyone can imagine left me reeling. This put a heavy strain on a new business that already required a large part of my time. This eventually took its toll and my business partner and i parted ways leaving me with the sole control of the RMB. I traveled the country until August 2023 when i finally convinced myself i was ready for the next chapter. I moved back to Mass and have been preparing to launch this store for months. My goal in doing this is to empower people to save money by giving them the information and resources they need to repair their garage doors safely and affordably themselves.
